Note
Damage fee is necessarily in amount of € 300 for Premium apartment and for all other apartments damage fee is € 150. Damage fee will be returned last day.
One-time cleaning fee of € 55.00 for Premium apartement and € 45.00 for other apartments, will be charged on check-in.
Credit cards and debit cards or checks will are not accepted.
Arrival to the apartments is after 3 pm and departure before 10 am. Arrival and departure is on Saturday for all apartments, except Premium apartment where the arrival and departure is on Sunday.
Pets are allowed on request and with an extra charge of € 15.00 per night for Premium apartment and € 10.00 per night for other apartments.

Cancel Reservation
In the event that the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation by the Guest himself/herself; he/she must do so in writing (by e-mail or fax). For fixed confirmed reservations for accommodation units, the date on which the written cancellation is received represents the basis of the calculation of costs as follows:
- for a cancelled reservation up to 49 days prior to the beginning date of the service, 20% of the total amount of the reservation
- for a cancelled reservation 49-35 days prior to the beginning of the service, 30% of the total amount of the reservation
- for a cancelled reservation 35-21 days prior to the beginning of the service, 50% of the total amount of the reservation
- for a cancelled reservation 21 do 10 days prior to the beginning of the service, 80% of the total amount of the reservation
- for a cancelled reservation 10 days prior to the beginning of the service, 100% of the total amount of the reservation
In the event that the Guest does not arrive by midnight on the beginning date of the service and did not previously inform Dušati, the reservation will be cancelled and the corresponding cancellation fees will be charged according to the abovementioned terms.
In Price is included:
The residence tax, electricity, water, gas, bedclothes and towels.
Method of payment
The payment is made in two installments. A 30% deposit is paid in advance upon booking. The remainder of the price is paid upon arrival. The payment can be made to the foreign- exchange account using the bank transfer.
