Important Notes / Terms of Stay

A damage deposit of €300 is required for the Premium apartment, and €150 for all other apartments. The deposit is fully refundable on your last day of stay

A one-time cleaning fee of €60.00 applies to the Premium apartment, and €50.00 for all other apartments. This fee is charged upon check-in.

Please note that credit cards, debit cards, and checks are not accepted.

Check-in is available after 3:00 PM, and check-out is required by 9:00 AM. Arrivals and departures are scheduled on Saturdays for all apartments, with the exception of the Premium apartment, where arrivals and departures are on Sundays.

Pets are allowed upon request for an additional fee of €15.00 per night (applicable to all apartments).

Cancellation Policy

If a guest wishes to cancel their reservation, they must do so in writing (via email or fax). For confirmed accommodation reservations, cancellation fees are calculated based on the date the written cancellation is received, as follows:

  • For cancellations made up to 49 days before the arrival date: 20% of the total reservation amount.

  • For cancellations made 49 to 35 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total reservation amount.

  • For cancellations made 35 to 21 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total reservation amount.

  • For cancellations made 21 to 10 days before the arrival date: 80% of the total reservation amount.

  • For cancellations made less than 10 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount.

In the event that a guest does not arrive by midnight on the scheduled arrival date and has not previously notified the host, the reservation will be considered cancelled (no-show), and the applicable cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the conditions outlined above.

Included in the Price
Tourist tax, electricity, water, gas, bed linen, and towels.

Payment Terms
Payment is made in two installments:

  • A 30% advance payment (deposit) is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
  • Payments can be made via international bank transfer to our account.

Note: The guest is responsible for covering all bank transaction fees.
